Sunset Canyon
This home recieved a Five-Star Green Rating from the Austin Energy Green Building Program. It features a modern rainwater collection system, stained concrete floors, no VOC paints, and Bio-Base foam insulation. A majority of construction waste was recycled. The wall structure is conventional stick framing with 2x6 finger-joint studs and an attic truss system that allows for future living space.
